Construction and Painting Specialist
As part of this collaboration, you will provide services including:
- Preparing walls and facades for mural installation.
- Working at heights using lifts, scaffolding, and other access systems.
- Cleaning, painting over, and performing minor surface repairs.
- Transporting, delivering, and picking up equipment and materials necessary for project implementation.
- Installing and dismantling structures and technical components on facades.
- Collaborating with subcontractors, artists, and members of the Technical Department.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations, particularly during work performed at heights.
We are looking for the following in you:
- Availability Monday through Friday, with a willingness to work on weekends.
- Willingness to travel within Poland (occasional project-related trips abroad are possible).
- Knowledge of building materials, tools, and equipment.
- A Class B driver’s license and the ability to drive a large vehicle (such as an Iveco Daily 3.5).
- Willingness to work at heights.
- Knowledge of paints and painting techniques.
- Ability to perform simple repairs (e.g., leveling walls or patching holes).
- Flexibility in adapting to sudden changes in scheduled projects (due to weather, client decisions, or administrative issues).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Punctuality and commitment.
Preferred (nice to have):
- Electrician’s license for up to 1 kV.
- Certification to work at heights over 3 meters.
- Technical education.
- Class C driver’s license.

- Expected time commitment: 168 hours per month.
- Salary: 6,000–8,000 PLN net, paid via invoice, depending on experience (the contractor is responsible for the costs of operating a sole proprietorship).
- Work on weekends, holidays, and beyond the initial agreed-upon hours is compensated additionally.
- The possibility of arranging paid periods of unavailability under the terms of a B2B contract.

What is the process for establishing a partnership?
- Stage 1 – An interview with a representative from the HR department and the Process Coordinator.
