What does the recruitment process look like?
The process consists of several stages. It includes an online interview, a recruitment task, and a live interview. Each stage is conducted by our HR manager together with the hiring manager of the team for which we are currently looking for a new member. The process is transparent. At each stage, you will be informed about what happens next. You will always receive feedback from us, regardless of the decision.
