BRIEF To take the iconic Swatch x The Simpsons collaboration out of the rigid framework of a global campaign and give it a local, surprising dimension. To bring the static Key Visual to life and present it in an entirely new, innovative light. CHALLENGE How do you stay true to a global design while adding the WOW factor that stops people in their tracks? Our task was to animate a static image using motion technology, creating a spectacle that respects the original while setting its own rules. RESULT The sweetest snowstorm in the city. By day, a faithful rendition of the Key Visual — after dark, a spectacle in which the doughnuts from the watch face come to life and fall like snowflakes. We created an unexpected, seasonal play on associations that gave a global campaign a viral charm all of its own.
