BRIEF To supercharge the iconic "Share a Coke" campaign and hand it over entirely to the people. To create a gigantic interactive can on which anyone could display their own message, greeting or nickname — one they would never find on a shop shelf. CHALLENGE How do you hand an 11-metre screen in the city centre over to thousands of people and sleep soundly at night? Our task was to create a real-time personalisation system that combines complete creative freedom for users with reliable moderation. Technology and trust at scale. RESULT The most personal advertisement in the city. The gigantic can became a billboard for slogans, greetings and personal declarations. Instead of talking to people, we gave them a voice. This was a campaign that for 3 months lived and breathed the emotions of passers-by — and proved that the best slogans are written by the consumers themselves.
